Meet
CAtehrina vario
Catherina Vario is a writer, artist and teacher. She has a bachelor’s degree in Science, Letters and Society from the City University of Staten Island, and a master’s degree in Education from the University of Phoenix. After having shaped young minds and fostered growth for a number of years, Catherina has embarked upon two new paths. One, as a talented figurative artist experienced in painting, pencil drawing and sketching, specializing in a unique fusion of dynamic animation and lifelike realism. The other as a captivating and compelling writer. She masterfully engages the reader, weaving webs of suspense, leaving readers hooked, breathless, and desperate for the next revelation. The reader is left at the edge of their seat wanting more as the story unfolds!
Catherina, a real-life mob wife, is married to Paul Vario, grandson of his namesake, the notorious and infamous mobster Paul Vario senior, played by Paul Sorvino in the now classic film Goodfellas.
She is blessed with her son Nicholas, who is her greatest adventure, her constant pride and the best part of her story.
Catherina has a deep affection for dogs and is a dog mom to three pups.
She currently resides in Delray Beach, Florida, but is originally from Brooklyn, New York, where she and her husband run their art business.
Catherina has written a children's book reflecting the mischievous and playful behavior of students when the teacher is absent, and it was a top seller.
However, On the Lam is her first novel depicting the shenanigans of real-life gangsters and the comical yet dark side of what it takes to be an outlaw.
